This policy explains what information Cascade Painting (“we”, “us”) collects through www.cascadepainting.pro, why we collect it and how you can reach us about it.

What the estimate form collects

When you request an estimate, we receive the details you type into the form:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• your city or ZIP code;
• the service you are interested in and any message you add.

Along with the request we also record the date and time, your browser type (user agent) and, if you arrived from one of our ads, the campaign tags in the link (for example “utm_source”).

How we use it

We use this information to contact you about your project, schedule a visit, prepare a written estimate and follow up on the work. The request is delivered to our inbox by an email service provider, and we send you a short confirmation email. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you newsletters.

Meta Pixel, cookies and advertising

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies in your browser and tells Meta when someone views the site, opens the estimate form, taps our phone number or email, or sends a request. We use these measurements to see whether our ads work and to show them to people who are likely to need a painter.

When you send a request, our server may also report it to Meta through the Meta Conversions API. Your contact details (email, phone, name, city or ZIP) are converted into hashed codes before they are sent, so Meta can match the request to an account without receiving the details in readable form. Your IP address, browser type and the Meta cookie identifiers are sent as well. Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy.

You can limit this by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by adjusting your ad preferences on Facebook.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
